U of Washington video: use high CBD-CBN, low THC for SCI

Here's some advice from the University of Washington Rehab folks. Go for high CBD and CBN, low THC for med marijuana in spinal cord injury (SCI). The pain and spasticity seem to respond better to the non-psychoactive CBD and CBN than the psychoactive THC. Go figure.
